Angel Introductions

Some founders in the network meet angel investors through people they've already met here. We make introductions. We don't set terms, raise funds, or take a cut.

How it actually works

  • Angels in this community are members first. They meet founders at dinners, office hours, and Founder Showcases, not through a submission form.
  • When there's mutual interest, we make a warm introduction. Everything after that, including amounts, structure, valuation, and diligence, is agreed directly between the founder and the investor.
  • Nothing here is guaranteed. Being a member does not entitle anyone to an introduction, and an introduction is not an offer of investment.

Malaika Commons is not an investment firm.

We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fund. We do not offer securities, solicit investment, provide investment advice, or receive compensation for introductions. Nothing on this page is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security. Founders and investors should take their own legal and financial advice.
