Stripe Sessions week, with the right people.
The itinerary we ran for global founders and local investors during Stripe Sessions week 2026.
This week ran in April 2026. Stripe Sessions is Stripe's event; Malaika Commons is not affiliated with Stripe.
The week we ran
Each event was part of the Malaika Commons coordinated track.
Pre-Stripe Mixer
The essential early-arrival hangout. Land in SF, drop your bags, and slide into a sunset SoMa mixer with the founders and operators you'll be running with all week.
Stripe Sessions, together: Day 1
We went to the keynotes as a group and met up between sessions.
Stripe Sessions, together: Day 2
A second day together to compare notes and follow up with people from day one.
Founder Showcase (Berkeley)
Founders presented to investors and operators, followed by open conversation.
SF Founder Day
Trade the conference badge for a camera. A bonding day hitting iconic SF spots, Golden Gate, Painted Ladies, Mission burritos, with the founders who'll be in your corner long after the week ends.
Wine Country Day
A day trip to two wineries in Sonoma County, ending at a backyard BBQ in Oakland.
Oakland Founder BBQ
A relaxed send-off with the people from the week.
